**About the team**:
This role involves a combination of team lead activities, day-to-day support, and project work, with a strong focus on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. You will collaborate with various teams within Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) and different Business Communities.
**What you will be doing**:
- Install and maintain up-to-date Operating System software, patches, firmware, drivers, and related program products.
- Proficient in infrastructure architecture of large-scale, automated environments.
- Participate in the architecture design of the solution and execute the strategy set by architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and change.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis in diverse technology environments.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner to meet service levels and standards for the job.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong decision-making ability within specified parameters, independent and collaborative decision-making skills.
- Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen and awareness of business implications of decisions.
**Education Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
