We are looking for a Competent and a Capable Female Marketing and Public Relations Manager who shall work with us on Revenue Sharing Model. She has to be Mumbai based with Flexible Working Shift. Preferably a Female with Fashion and Lifestyle Work Experience shall score over the others.

Her job duties and responsibilities will involve overseeing both marketing and public relations. A combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and communication skills. Few Pointers of our requirements are as below.

**Marketing Strategy Development**: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals and target audience.

**Public Relations Strategy Development**: Developing PR strategies to enhance the brand reputation, manage crises, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

**Campaign Planning and Execution**: Planning and coordinating marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, social media, events, and more.

**Media Relations**: Building and maintaining positive relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure media coverage for our company.

**Content Creation**: Creating engaging and compelling content for marketing and PR materials, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media posts.

**Social Media Management**: Managing the our social media presence, creating content, and engaging with the online community to enhance the brand's reputation.

**Brand Messaging**: Ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing and PR materials.

**Event Management**: Organizing and managing promotional events

**Market Research**: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer preferences, trends, and opportunities for marketing and PR activities.

**Crisis Communication**: Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to address and mitigate any negative publicity or issues that may arise.

**Community Relations**: Managing relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to foster positive community engagement.

**Collaboration with Partners**: Establishing partnerships and collaborations with other brands or organizations to extend the reach of promotional campaigns

**Reputation Management**: Implementing strategies to enhance and protect our organization's reputation and respond to negative feedback or reviews.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
