**Purchase Executive (female)**

Looking for a hard-working female purchase executive who will look into requirements, select vendors, and interact with them to negotiate quality and payments. She shall pass purchase sales journal entries in Tally Prime, issue invoices, and file GST and TDS.

**Experience**:2-5 Years

**Job description**
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors
- Reviewing new vendors and negotiating for price, terms and conditions, and freight
- Compare the price and raise the purchase order in the Tally Prime System.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain sufficient stock, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Managing vendor billing and disbursements
- TDS and GSTR filling
- Bank-related Forex work

**Skill**
- Graduation in Commerce
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- good in vendor development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Female only.

**Working Days**
- 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 7.00 PM)
- 3rd Saturday off

**Note**
- Required to sign two year of Bond.
- Required to submit last year Mark sheet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
