**Job Title**: Purchase Cordinator

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Identification and Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers through data sources, catalogs, portals, and the internet.
- Expertise in sourcing APIs, specialty chemicals, herbal ingredients, cosmetic raw materials, and other related products.
- **Procurement Activities**:

- Analyze quotations, record data in ERP systems and Excel, and maintain updated purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
- Recommend cost-effective and quality-driven options to the management team.
- **Negotiation and Relationship Building**:

- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and favorable terms for the company.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and other terms of purchase.
- **Order Management**:

- Manage purchase orders, respond to order status inquiries, and coordinate changes or cancellations as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while adhering to budget constraints.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Propose and implement new processes or systems to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Regulatory and Compliance Support**:

- Ensure that all sourced materials comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**:
2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharma industry or related sectors such as dyes, chemicals, or nutraceuticals.
