E-commerce Intern

As an E-commerce Intern, you will work closely with our e-commerce and digital marketing teams to support various aspects of our online store operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical knowledge and experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
- Help with uploading product images, descriptions, and other relevant information.
- Monitor and report on website performance, traffic, and sales analytics.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to e-commerce orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Research competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to help optimize listings.
- Assist with inventory management, order processing, and other day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects related to the e-commerce business.

**Qualifications**:

- Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with Amazon, Shopify, etc., is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
