**Experience & Skills**:
Good written and oral communication skills

A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others

Able to be diplomatic when dealing with clients

Good Knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

**Responsibilities**:
Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.

Arranging post and deliveries

Printing and photocopying

Ordering office supplies

Manage phone calls and correspondence

Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance and maintaining office hygiene

Manage day-to-day activities that are related to the maintenance of the office.

Liaising with suppliers and contractors

Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Maintain records of entry and exit of goods and give approvals for the same.
