- **Basic knowledge of hiring** in the IT field (internship or part-time experience is a plus, but not required)
- **Good with Google Workspace** (Sheets, Docs, Meet)
- **Strong English communication skills**

**Responsibilities**:

- Find and connect with **software developers** for different job roles
- Work with hiring managers to understand the **job requirements**:

- Share **progress updates** with the team

**Skills**:

- **Good at organizing** and managing multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using **Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirect**:

- **Clear communication** and people skills
- Able to work **independently** and with a team
- **Attention to detail** and problem-solving abilities

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
