Sr Hr Officer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior HR Officer with a strong background in end-to-end HR operations within the FMCG sector The ideal candidate will bring 8 years of experience in talent acquisition payroll implementation performance management SOP formulation and employee grievance handling This role requires a hands-on professional who can drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Recruitment Identify evaluate and attract the right talent across functions and levels Plan and execute recruitment drives including campus hiring and walk-ins Partner with hiring managers and external agencies for timely and effective hiring Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Payroll HRMS Implementation Lead the implementation and administration of payroll software Coordinate payroll processing with finance and external vendors Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs including attendance leaves reimbursements etc Performance Management Coordinate end-to-end performance appraisal processes Ensure timely execution and compliance with appraisal timelines across departments Administer performance management software tools Collaborate with Compensation Benefits to align performance outcomes with bonuses promotions and increments Identify talent for succession planning and leadership development based on appraisal data Develop and maintain performance management systems aligned with organizational goals and KPIs Confidentiality Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee records including personal medical compensation and performance data in compliance with data protection laws and company policies Handle sensitive HR matters discreetly including disciplinary actions recruitment and offboarding processes ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct Monitor access to confidential information ensuring only authorized personnel have access and report any suspected breaches in a timely manner SOP Formulation Policy Implementation Develop and implement standardized HR SOPs and ensure consistent application across locations Review and update HR policies as per industry best practices and legal guidelines Train line managers and employees on policy adherence Employee Relations Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and grievances Resolve issues in a fair timely and confidential manner Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement Qualifications Experience 8 years of progressive HR experience preferably in the FMCG Strong command over HR operations recruitment payroll systems and statutory compliance Experience with HRMS payroll platforms and HR analytics tools Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices Person should be open to travel at plant locations What We Offer A stable career in a reputed FMCG organization Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Exposure to strategic HR projects and implementation of HR automation tools
