**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Overview**:
As a Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established plans and specifications. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating tasks, leading construction teams, and maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Construction Oversight**:

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, including laborers and subcontractors.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Monitor progress against established timelines and milestones.
- Identify and address potential delays or issues impacting the project schedule.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets specified standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address construction deficiencies.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to address issues promptly.
- **Material and Resource Management**:

- Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
- Proactively address any shortages or delays in the availability of materials.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for on-site communication.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project progress.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- **Budget Compliance**:

- Work with the project manager to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and control costs related to on-site activities.
- Report any deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the construction site.
- Conduct safety meetings and trainings for on-site personnel.
- Investigate and report any accidents or safety incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in construction management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction management software.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
