**Site Supervisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Oversee daily site operations to ensure progress aligns with the construction plan.
- Allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure safety regulations and standards are adhered to.
- Conduct regular safety checks and briefings.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Address issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- **Coordination**:

- Communicate between project managers, architects, engineers, and workers.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Resolve site-related challenges efficiently.
- Adjust plans as needed to address unforeseen issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of site activities, such as labor hours, equipment use, and incidents.
- Report progress to higher management.
- **Supervision**:

- Lead and motivate the construction team.
- Ensure workers are trained and skilled for their assigned tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Technical understanding of architectural and engineering plans.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 + Years Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
