**Responsibilities**:

- YouTube Channel Management: Assist with managing our brand's YouTube channel, including scheduling and publishing content, optimizing descriptions and thumbnails for SEO, and engaging with viewers through comments and replies.
- Social Media Content Creation: Craft engaging and creative social media posts across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews, addressing concerns, and building brand loyalty.
- YouTube Claims Awareness: Demonstrate basic understanding of YouTube content policies and common claim types. Research and identify potential copyright infringements or other claims, and assist with initial claim responses.
- Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth, to inform future content strategies and campaign optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute integrated social media and YouTube campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Stay Informed: Remain up-to-date on emerging social media trends and YouTube best practices, actively learning and adapting to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging online voice.
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for professional purposes.
- Basic understanding of YouTube channel management, video optimization, and content policies. (Bonus points for experience with claims handling)
- Passion for learning and exploring new trends in social media and online marketing.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
