**About the Company**

**Blockchained India**is an established name in the Indian blockchain community, known for launching bluechip initiatives into the Indian market such as Binance, Polkadot, ConsenSys, Polygon, Axelar, and many others since 2016. The entity represents high-quality capabilities in education and evangelism focused on Bitcoin and web3 initiatives in India.

The founders are also building a venture studio focused on nurturing blockchain-based products. Additionally, we organise cohort-based programs to enable investments into promising community-driven initiatives in India called **Blocumen Studios**.

You will assist in managing and optimizing daily business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support various projects, analyze data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key highlights**:

- Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing resource allocation.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and support operational strategies.
- Work closely with project managers and department heads to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on operational metrics, project progress, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations role or a related field.
- Great temperament and proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) are a must.
- A generalist mindset with experience and the ability to participate in different areas.
- A hustler, an executor who is able to sift through the chaos and make decisions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
