- 2. Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- 3. Label and document shipments correctly, adhering to company standards.
- 4. Coordinate with transportation teams or courier services for timely delivery.
- 5. Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery dates.
- 6. Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and resolve any delivery issues.
- 7. Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with orders or shipments.
- 8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any production or quality control issues.
- 9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- 10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- 3. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipments.
- 4. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
