Designation: Sales Executive

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in Inside sales, particularly into cold calling, to join our team sales Team. This role involves a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to ensure the team's success and drive revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria.

Graduate (Preferably from commerce)

Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Age requirement: 22+

Strong team management skills, with the ability to guide team members in achieving their targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional sales abilities and expertise in customer retention.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong capability to motivate and inspire a team to meet targets.

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience in sales and team management, with exceptional skills in inside sales and cold calling.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
