We are looking for an organized, experienced Office admin to be responsible for all stock for Vendor management.
- To Buying Industrial Materials for vendor management with office work.
- To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.
- To ensure accurate accounting of the materials receiver and issued.
- Maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.
- Operate and maintain an effective engineering spare parts storage system.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Location**:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (required)
**Duties**:
- Handle billing /accounts/Inventory
- Maintain files and records
- Vendor Management
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
