We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive/Tele sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action.

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

2. Introduce and promote our products or services to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits.

3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, answer their questions, and address any objections.

4. Persuasively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and convince prospects to make a purchase or take a desired action.

5.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

6.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of calls, inquiries, and sales outcomes, in the CRM system.

Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

- 1.Graduate or post Graduate can apply
2. Fresher can also apply.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
