**Experience**:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in **Internal Audit** or **Risk Advisory Services**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Full audit cycle: risk management, control management, operational effectiveness, and compliance testing.
- Annual audit planning and execution.
- Prepare and present audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Drive process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain open communication with clients and audit committees.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, tools, and best practices.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in MS Office, ERP systems, and audit tools.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and internal audit practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** or **Certified Public Accountant (CPA)** (USA).
