- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Incorporate exam-specific strategies to help students prepare for board and competitive exams.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners, from high achievers to students needing additional support.
- Organize and supervise Physics lab sessions, ensuring students follow safety guidelines.
- Design and execute experiments that help reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Evaluate lab reports and provide constructive feedback.
- Regularly assess student performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and lab activities.
- Maintain student records and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Provide targeted feedback and additional coaching for students struggling with complex topics.
- Create a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, ensuring the class operates smoothly.
- Encourage active participation and foster a culture of inquiry.
- Provide academic and emotional support to students.
- Offer extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions for students preparing for exams like JEE/NEET.
- Help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with fellow teachers, particularly from the Science department, to promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Attend school meetings, staff training sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Participate in school events, science fairs, and other extracurricular activities.
- Keep parents informed about their child’s academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school open days.
