**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**: Direct and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and construction personnel to ensure seamless operations and project progress.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets the required standards.
- **Resource Management**: Manage the allocation and utilization of resources such as machinery, materials, and manpower efficiently.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues and proposing solutions.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in site engineering in the residential, industrial, or real estate sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with advanced construction management software tools
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
