**Key Responsibility**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, tools, equipment, and services.
- Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement aligns with production requirements and company budget.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions.
- Track and follow up on POs to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Handle vendor audits, evaluations, and onboarding.
- Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Monitor material usage and reduce procurement-related waste or overstocking.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams for seamless procurement operations.
- Provide regular updates on procurement status, risks, and opportunities to management.
- Generate reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in the manufacturing sector.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of raw materials and components used in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
- Understanding of inventory control and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
