Job Title: Purchase Executive **(Female Only)**

**Location: METODA RAJKOT, India**
- 1-3 years of Experience

Department: Purchasing Reports to: Purchasing Manager

Job Objective: The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing all purchasing activities including sourcing and procuring goods, materials and services from approved suppliers, negotiating and controlling costs, and ensuring timely delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive purchasing strategy to meet the needs of the company.
- Source and negotiate the best possible pricing for goods, materials and services from approved suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and anticipate changes in supply, demand, and pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of goods as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager. Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

**Salary**: ₹10,489.30 - ₹27,345.96 per month
