Overview:
As a Travel Desk Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements for employees within the organization. This includes booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences for employees while adhering to company policies and budgetary guidelines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries for employees, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies, budgets, and traveler preferences.
- Travel Policy Compliance:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's travel policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on travel policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to travel policies to control costs and maintain efficiency.
- Expense Management:
- Assist employees with expense reporting related to travel expenditures.
- Reconcile travel expenses, verify receipts, and process reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Travel Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding travel-related inquiries, issues, or emergencies.
- Provide assistance and support to travelers before, during, and after their trips, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and travel management companies.
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts or agreements to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
- Travel Technology:
- Utilize travel management software or platforms to facilitate bookings, track travel expenses, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in travel technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, and travel-related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing travel arrangements and expenses.
- Familiarity with travel policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
The Travel Desk Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and convenience of corporate travel arrangements while upholding company policies and budgetary guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to deliver exceptional service to employees and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹9,496.81 - ₹34,129.47 per month
