- Should have strong knowledge of Domestic & International Hotel & Airlines booking/refunds handling
- Good in VISA documents
- Handled volume-based ticketing and hotel booking
- Should have handled Junior to Top management travel queries of the employees/clients
- Preparation of minutes of the meetings, proposal and presentations including Data Analysis & Research with MIS reporting.
- Review & summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.
