**Job Description: Jewellery Telecaller**

We are looking for a skilled Jewellery Telecaller with excellent English verbal and written communication skills to join our team.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our jewellery products and services.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the jewellery industry.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and goals.
- **Requirements**:_
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the jewellery industry, is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
