**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Learn the U.S. logistics and freight brokerage process through company training.
- Help coordinate freight shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Maintain communication with carriers to confirm availability, rates, and schedules.
- Build and maintain a database of reliable carriers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth load execution.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills in **English** (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to work **night shifts**.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in logistics and coordination.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills (a plus but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.).
- Freshers are welcome—**no prior experience required**.
