**Location**: Bengaluru / Gurgaon
**Role Objective**:
Manage and monitor Key account Customers and ensure compliance with all agreed company policies. To ensure that the needs of Magenta Mobility customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service leads to additional business and revenue share for Magenta.
**Your Role**:
To work collaboratively with Operations and Sales teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
**Job Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Maintain productive client relationships which lead to a larger business and revenue share of business
- Run daily activity reports and maintain overall awareness of active and deployed client fleets
- Complete and send client reports/KPI’s and Investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements
- Attend off site & on site client meetings
- Provide fleet specific updates where required
- Escalate all client issuesto the Magenta management team and applicable Operations manager/team
- Timely Customer Invoicing and collections as per the signed off terms
- Monitor / Assist with active deployed fleets / fleet optimisation levels
- Understand client commercials and handle quotations / pricing requests for additional services
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
- Ensure working closely with the Operations team for timely new deployments of fleets
- Track competition players and information
