Job Summary

Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchising company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential investors, provide detailed information about our preschool franchise model, and support them through the decision-making process. This position focuses on lead generation and relationship-building without strict sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential investors interested in preschool franchise opportunities.
- Make outbound calls and present Bragnam Learning’s franchise offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Explain the benefits, investment requirements, and support services associated with our franchise model.
- Handle inquiries from prospective franchisees, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups to nurture interest.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies and enhance investor experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation and call activities.
- Build strong relationships with potential franchisees to ensure a positive onboarding journey.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a similar sales support role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-driven and well-organized, with strong multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of the education or franchising industry is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; additional certification in sales/marketing preferred.
