E - COMMERCE AND CATALOGUE EXECUTIVE

1. Overseeing the overall development of an organisation's retail and income-generating sites

2. Conducting research on user-friendly features and layouts that appeal the most to customers

3. Testing changes to platforms and monitoring the results

5. Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies

6. Populate 100% accurate content from various sources (Brand Websites, E commerce Portals, Product info Pages, Seller’s, Consumers, Companies, Subject Matter Experts) for specific as well as general information about the product through various channels.

7. Do the quality check for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogues based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is 100% accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.

8. Managing and executing promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer shopping trends, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback

9. Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
