A Catalogue executive is responsible for managing and maintaining a company's product catalog. This includes ensuring that all products are accurately described and priced, and that the catalog is up-to-date and easy to use. The Catalogue executive will work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to gather information about new products and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the product catalog, including product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Maintain and manage product display across all online channels like Indiamart, Tradeindia, Justdial, Google My business, Company Website, Alibaba.
- Maintaining a database of all photographs and drawing of products.
- Maintaining database of all catalogues of different segments
- Ensure that all product information is accurate and consistent across all channels
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information about new products and promotions
- Monitor catalog performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product information
- Provide training and support to other departments on catalog management and usage
- Making a product snapshot and sharing with the team members

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with catalog management and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with product data management and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
