Minimum: 2+ years experience in a restaurant (Cloud Kitchen)
Job Location: Sector -63 Noida

Job profile
- Responsible Ensure effective operation in; quality, speed and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Manage kitchen controls such as; food cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, ordering on a daily basis
- Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation, security policies and procedures in line with the local municipality codes in the work place.
- Coordinating deliveries with riders and the kitchen team.
- Making sure orders are prepared in time and packed properly and dispatched appropriately.
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and the kitchen staff
- Assist in continuing growth, training and development, retention, and engagement of employees inside the kitchen

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
