**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate
**Location**: [Gurgaon ]
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 Years in Real Estate Field Sales
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate property solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Assist clients with legal documentation and payment procedures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, documentation, and customer support
- Maintain records of sales and client interactions using CRM tools

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the real estate sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with local property laws and documentation processes
- Proficiency in regional language(s) and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in residential or commercial property sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate sales software

**Salary**: Competitive, with performance-based incentives
