**About the role**:

- Hands-on experience in implementation of multi vendor security projects on Cloud Security, end point security,Zero Trust Security, Load balancing & NAC solutions.- Hands-on experience in implementation of multi vendor security Products including Cisco-AMP,Umbrella, Duo Palo Alto
- Prisma & Cortex ,F5-WAF & Load Balancer, Forcepoint - NAC ,DLP- Proven ability to prepare technical document i.e Design documents (HLD / LLD), Migration plan, Implementation pla, UAT documentical, run books, site books etc- Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio-
- Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues & isolation- Should have excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational and planning skills, Customer facing skills- Detail oriented- Independent self-starter- Exceptional problem solving capabilities- “Can Do”, customer-focused attitude- Team player- Ability and willingness to travelKey Result Area
- Closely work with Pre-Sales & PM teams:

- i) To validate the design & highlight any discrepancies from project delivery perspective.
- ii) Provide effort-estimates with regards to implementing the solution
- iii) Perform / Participate in POC / Staging for complex security solutions or projects.- Be the technical owner for large & complex Security projects- Liaise with customer to obtain all relevant technical information for successful order validation & project delivery- Timely implement the project without any design changes once the project has internally been accepted for delivery.- Provide inputs to the Project Manager on implementation risks and ways to mitigate the same.- Prepare Site Requirements, High Level, and Low Level Design & Acceptance test plan documents for all the assigned projects.- Conduct & successfully complete UAT sign-off of the assigned projects.- Conduct training / knowledge transfer session to the internal support teams.- Manage Critical escalations on need basis- Replicate customer issues in LAB, identify bugs & escalate / coordinate issues with OEM Tier -3 /Tier-4 / Development team for permanent fix.**About you**:

- Bachelors Degree in Engg or a related disciplineCanidates to possess any of ceritifications
- Cisco : CCNP or CCIE Security
- Palo Alto : PCCSE,PCNSE- Good Communication skills- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in security domain- Minimum of 10+ years IT industry experience**Additional information**:
