**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and target new B2B clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and wholesalers.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop strategies to attract new business.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and actively work to close deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing tailored travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote the agency’s travel services and offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized travel solutions for clients.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, tracking progress against targets.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to continually improve service offerings.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, travel products, and services.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
