**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop new collections for both men’s and women’s apparel, focusing on athleisure and performance wear.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into high-quality products.
- Research fashion trends, fabric technologies, and market demands to keep designs fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing pieces for campaigns and launches.
- Ensure that all designs are practical, stylish, and aligned with the brand’s commitment to comfort and performance.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Attend fittings and work with the technical team to perfect garment construction and fit.
- Manage and oversee the entire design process, from initial concept through production.
- Maintain awareness of competitor products, retail trends, and consumer preferences.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in athleisure or performance wear.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, especially performance and technical materials.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Ability to sketch and illustrate concepts by hand.
- Excellent sense of style, color, and fashion trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and pop-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Fashion design: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
