**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. This individual ensures smooth office operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, managing correspondence, and maintaining office systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office maintenance, order supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Manage office facilities such as conference rooms, printers, and other office equipment.
- **Correspondence and Communication**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to important documents.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of documents such as reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
- **Coordination and Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with special projects as needed.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, handling contracts and ensuring timely payments.
- **Compliance and Record-Keeping**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of office operations, including inventory, employee attendance, and other relevant data.
- **Technology and Systems**:

- Operate office software, systems, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Troubleshoot minor IT or equipment issues or coordinate with IT support when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 0-1 Year
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based with occasional travel for meetings or events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
