**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit multiple under-construction sites daily to promote our range of natural stone products.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and technical details to prospective clients.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to the management team to improve strategies.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the **construction materials** or **building industry**.
- Strong knowledge of the construction market and its key stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
