**Position Summary**
- As the function that touches all our employees, our Talent Acquisition team has a special role in capitalizing on opportunities and creating the future for Bechtel.
- We are currently looking for a **Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator** to join our Bechtel India office, situated at Gurugram.
- The successful applicant will require superior organization skills to manage daily priorities with a keen focus on detail and data/process integrity.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Job Positing Coordination**: Review and verify the job posting format & quality with a focus on the consistency & structure of job descriptions, required skill sets & spelling.
- Adhering to our service level agreements related to advertising all roles in timely, efficient manner.
- Manage all interview related travel and expense reimbursement efficiently & on time.
- Ensure interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed, following up where required.
- Manage all offer communication & follow up in a professional & seamless manner.
- Manage the background verification process of new hires and act as first point of contact with vendor.
- ** Hiring Events Support**: Supporting with careers fairs & other hiring events as needed
- ** Ad Hoc Reporting**: Preparing ad hoc recruitment reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience OR 4+ years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience working in a HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Self -motivated with the ability to work autonomously often with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly Customer service oriented with a strong delivery mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced level experience with MS Office suite - Previous SuccessFactors/SAP Experience preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions.
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
