**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students based on their goals and aspirations.
- Understand students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Motivate students to stay focused and achieve their academic targets.

**Parent Engagement**:

- Explain the coaching programs, fee structure, and value proposition to parents.
- Address concerns or queries from parents regarding their child's progress or the institute's offerings.

**Admissions and Enrollment**:

- Guide students and parents through the admission and enrollment process.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and admissions using CRM or other tools.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Regularly track the academic performance of enrolled students and suggest interventions if needed.
- Collaborate with faculty to provide academic updates and progress reports to parents.

**Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote the coaching programs.
- Organize counseling sessions and open house events to attract prospective students.

**Collaboration with the Marketing Team**:

- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost student enrollment.
- Share feedback on promotional campaigns and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
