**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity among students.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and tests.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school activities, events, and initiatives.
- Contribute to the residential school setup by taking part in extracurricular and pastoral care activities.
- Maintain a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Ability to connect with students of varying academic abilities and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices (for Computer Science).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for language teachers.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, residential position requiring the teacher to stay on campus.
