**Job Description: Marketing Associate**

**Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Work within the marketing team to ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support all SEO-related activities such as on-page and off-page SEO, keyword strategy, reporting, link building to increase global organic ranking of Prowess website.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage the production and publication of marketing collateral, mostly digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- On time reporting weekly, monthly, annually of the Marketing KPIs
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve marketing programs to ensure maximum effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience in B2B marketing & account-based marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to analyze and report on marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Sense of ownership and responsibility to role and work with a focus on finding innovative ways to achieve company objectives.
