**About Us**
We are a growing digital marketing agency with offices across India, Dubai and the UK Our Mumbai office is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Junior Finance & Admin Executive** to support our finance operations and office administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice management.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Support payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies, scheduling, and documentation.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banks when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel (Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
