**Junior Finance Executive**

**Job Summary**:
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for MBA Finance graduates to gain hands-on experience in various finance functions while contributing to the organization’s financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and compliance efforts.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in effective expense management.
- Participate in financial planning, strategy discussions, and ad hoc projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- MBA in Finance or related field (recent graduate).
- Strong understanding of financial reports and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP systems is highly preferable.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory
