**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Safety Monitoring**
- Conduct routine inspections at **RMC plants, batching units, and project sites**.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices; report and follow up for corrective action.
- Monitor usage of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** by workers and visitors.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain daily safety checklists, site safety logs, and inspection reports.
- Assist in maintaining **incident/accident records** and investigation documentation.
- Keep track of **MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)** and hazardous material logs.

**Training & Awareness**
- Create awareness on **hazards related to concrete batching, handling, and transport**.

**Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with **local, state, and national safety norms** applicable to construction and RMC operations.
- Report any non-compliance issues and suggest preventive measures.

**Emergency Preparedness**
- Assist in implementing **emergency response plans** for on-site accidents, chemical spills, and fire safety.
- Participate in mock drills and first-aid support arrangements.

**Coordination**
- Liaise with supervisors, drivers, lab staff, and contractors to promote safety culture.
- Support plant housekeeping and layout improvements from a safety perspective.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Safety, Environment, or Engineering (preferred)
- Certification in Industrial Safety (desirable)
- 0.5-2 years of experience in construction or RMC industry
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of safety signs, PPE standards, and incident management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
