Social Media Executive

Cre8iveskill Apparels Pvt Ltd, a digital design export company with over 25 years of industry experience, is one of the leading names in embroidery digitizing and vector conversion services. We are seeking a results-driven social media executive to strengthen our marketing team. In this role, you will enhance our online presence and boost our visibility across multiple social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**:

- Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and effective.

**Content Planning and Management**:

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars for respective channels.
- Develop engaging and relevant content to boost audience interaction.

**International Social Media Exposure**:

- Adapt social media strategies to cater to diverse international audiences, considering cultural nuances and local trends.
- Create and manage content that resonates with a global audience, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
- Collaborate with international influencers and partners to enhance our brand presence and engagement in various regions.
- Track and analyze the impact of international campaigns to continuously improve our global social media strategy.
- Stay informed about international social media regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

**Platform Expertise**:

- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**Lead Generation**:

- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns on social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

**Sales Navigator Utilization**:

- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage potential clients and partners.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns to drive lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of Sales Navigator activities and suggest improvements to the outreach strategy.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize and boost posts to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content and strategy.

**Community Engagement**:

- Build meaningful connections with the audience through proactive engagement, including following, commenting, and participating in conversations.

**Social Media Management Tools**:

- Expertise in handling social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Buffer.

**Communication Skills**:

- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
