**JOB SUMMARY**:Responsible for supporting all Project Management activities including but not limited to coordination of meetings, management of control documents and documentation of training requirements. Manages all core project documents, tracks budget performance and maintains all necessary files. Provides any additional administrative support as required.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organizing pre-meeting and post-meeting materials
- Maintain and track Cytel project timelines, budgets, and team lists.
- Conduct monthly budget reconciliations against actual work completed.
- Ensure project plans and budgets are updated regularly and assist in the preparation of monthly sponsor reports.
- Regularly review project status with the teams to confirm project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
- Work with project teams to ensure out-of-scope work is identified and agreed with the sponsor ahead of implementation.
- Ensure Cytel time reporting system is set up to enable project tracking and invoicing.
- Assist Project Managers with monthly sponsor invoicing in collaboration with Cytel Finance.
- Assist Project Managers to prepare revenue forecasts.
- Word process and/or format technical documents as specified in project budgets/contracts. Assemble or reproduce deliverables as required and scoped.
- Coordinate meetings and arrange travel and hospitality as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree required

**Experience**:2 years of experience in project administration required with at least 1 year in a clinical trials or research setting

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with Cytel team members, management, sponsors and other stakeholders.
- Experience in project and financial/budget management preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodology and tools preferred
- Invoicing experience a plus
