**About the Role**:
Our client, a reputed IT training organization, is looking for an experienced **Cybersecurity Trainer** to deliver practical, hands-on training in cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and threat analysis. The trainer will prepare learners to detect, prevent, and mitigate cyber threats while equipping them with industry-ready skills.

**Key Training Areas**:

- Understanding the **Information Security** landscape, threats, and the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Overview of **types of cyber-attacks**, threat levels, and threat analysis.
- Understanding and working with **security signatures**.
- In-depth use of the **Kali Linux platform** and its security tools.
- Understanding **attack types** and implementing **counter-measures**.
- Platform-specific hacking techniques.
- Usage of **advanced tools and techniques** to identify, analyze, and solve security vulnerabilities.
- **Bug identification** and remedial measures.
- **Network and website security** assessment with reporting.
- Hands-on scenarios for bug identification, website and network vulnerability detection.
- Solving complex cases of **security breaches** with advanced practical approaches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive, lab-based cybersecurity training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain course content, lab setups, and assessment materials.
- Provide guidance to students on certification paths and career opportunities in cybersecurity.
- Keep training content updated with the latest tools, threats, and defense strategies.
- Assess student performance and provide mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or CISSP.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or penetration testing.
- Strong understanding of network security, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create real-world lab scenarios and practical exercises.
