**Job Title: Booking and Facility Executive - Badminton Court (Monte South)**

**Location**: Monte South, Byculla, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Language**: Basic English Communication Required

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a **Booking and Facility Executive** for the Badminton Court at Monte South. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a premier sports facility, where you will manage bookings, ensure smooth operations, and provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Management**:

- Handle all court booking inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings using basic data management tools.
- Ensure the booking system is up-to-date and manage any changes or cancellations.
- **Facility Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the badminton court during duty hours.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist members and visitors with their queries and booking needs.
- Provide a friendly and professional experience to all users of the facility.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Basic English Communication**: Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff.
- **Data Management Skills**: Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping.
- **Facility Operations Knowledge**: Understanding of facility management and operations.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
