We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll have a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing, user-friendly designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to gain insights that inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to bring design concepts and interactions to life.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Conduct usability testing to collect feedback and iterate on designs.
- Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and manage projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, exceptional visual design skills, and great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
