**Job Title: PLC Machine Operator and Maintenance Technician**

**Location: Nashik, India**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor PLC machines to ensure they are running smoothly and effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, or programming issues that arise during operation
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify potential problems and prevent downtime
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs
- Train new operators on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Work with production supervisors to ensure that production goals are met
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining PLC machines and other equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, and programming skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

**Education**:
Diploma or ITI Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

**Physical Demands**:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time

**Working Conditions**:
Exposure to loud noise and heat.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
