Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our dairy production operations, with a focus on ice cream products. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, ensure consistent product quality, and contribute to efficient and smooth production processes. Key Responsibilities - Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy and ice cream machinery (mixing, freezing, packaging equipment) - Follow recipes and production formulas accurately - Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavorings - Conduct regular quality checks for texture, consistency, and temperature - Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across work areas - Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime - Support production planning to meet daily output targets and reduce waste - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Work Environment - Fast-paced production facility with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels - Rotational or flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Salary - Up to ₹22,000 CTC Qualifications & Skills - Prior experience in machine operation (dairy industry preferred) - Knowledge of quality control processes in food manufacturing - Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools effectively - Strong communication and teamwork skills - High attention to detail and commitment to safety - Physical ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks - Technical training/certification in machine operation is an advantage - Preference for candidates with ice cream production & Dairy Production experience
